    • 摘要: 为确定顶板破碎时的巷道掘进空顶距,提出了1种确定空顶距的试验方法,通过对巷道顶板采用特殊的支护方式,保证巷道顶板在短时间、小范围内处于自由状态,在此期间观察顶板表面变形及内部离层的情况,判断顶板稳定性,从而初步确定合理的掘进空顶距。根据设计的防护装置在建新矿4103工作面胶运顺槽进行了实践,并通过数值模拟验证一次掘进不同空顶距长度时巷道稳定性,最终得出巷道掘进空顶距合理数据,通过在建新矿的成功运用,大大提高了巷道掘进速度。

       

      Abstract: In order to ensure unsupported roof distance of roadway driving with broken roof, one test method of unsupported roof distance determination was proposed by using a special support method on the tunnel roof to ensure the roadway roof on the free state in short time and small range. Observing the changes of surface deformation and roof separation in this short time, evaluating the roof stability, the reasonable unsupported roof distance is determined initially. Then combining with the haulage gate condition in 4103 working face in Jianxin Coal Mine, the study verifies the roof stability while driving the roadway on different unsupported roof distance with numerical simulation, finally determines the unsupported roof distance. The successful application Xinjian Coal Mine improves the speed of evaluation of the roadway.
