    救生舱传热系数测定实验研究

    Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Coefficient Determination of Rescue Capsule

    • 摘要: 研究了瓦斯爆炸后巷道环境温度的变化特征,热量传递的基本方式,以及矿用可移动式救生舱结构特征,针对矿用可移动式救生舱隔热性能进行了实验研究。建立了高温实验房,采用实验的方法测定救生舱的传热系数。进行了真人实验,计算出舱内产热量。根据救生舱空载和真人实验的实测数据,定量研究和改进了救生舱内部制冷系统性能。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the heat insulation performance of rescue capsule, the study analyzed the change of environment temperature after methane explosions, the basic mode of heat transfer and the structure characteristics of recue capsule. The study built a high temperature test room to determine heat transfer coefficient. A human-testing is performed to measure the heat production in refuge capsule. The quantitative research and improvement on refrigeration systems for rescue capsule were implemeted according to measured data from idle load rescue capsule and human-testing.
