    • 摘要: 通过对40104工作面自燃危险发火区域的分析,结合工作面煤层的实际情况和单一防灭火技术在该工作面应用过程中的不足,提出“以三相泡沫为主、注氮堵漏结合”的综合防治方案,对不同危险区域进行有针对性的防治。即利用三相泡沫的高堆积性和良好的扩散性对采空区的遗煤和高位隐蔽自燃区域进行均匀覆盖,同时配合施工挡风墙等封堵技术对上下隅角进行堵漏风。

       

      Abstract: Through the analysis of spontaneous combustion danger in 40104 working face firing area, combined with the actual situation of working face coal bed and the deficiencies of a single fire extinguishing technique in the application process, the paper proposed integrated control scheme of three-phase foam combined with nitrogen injection plugging and the targeted prevention and control for different risk areas. That is using high accumulation and good diffusivity of three-phase foam to uniformly cover residual coal in goaf and high concealment coal spontaneous combustion areas. At the same time, cooperated with sealing technologies of constructing wind break wall on the top and bottom corner.
