    • 摘要: 风动增压装置在轻型单体柱式临时支护中应用后,轻型单体支柱能迅速达到初撑力,对空顶区顶板进行主动支护,防止伪顶或直接顶在掘进施工期间掉入工作区域伤害作业人员。在顶板高低不平、压力水水压小等条件下,风动增压装置能增加压力水水压,使钢带紧贴顶板,充分发挥锚网带联合支护效果。

       

      Abstract: After the application of pneumatic supercharging device in light monomer column temporary support, light monomer pillar can quickly reach setting load during the tunneling construction,which can prevent false roof or immediate roof fall into the work area and damage workers when active support is carried out in the empty top area of roof. Under the condition of rugged roof and small pressure water, pneumatic supercharging device can increase the water pressure of hydraulic pressure and make steel strip close to the roof,which can give full play to the combined support effect of anchor mesh belt.
