    • 摘要: 通过对望风岗煤矿副井-960 m马头门衬砌结构受力监测,结果表明:部分位置的衬砌结构的安全性已达到极限状态。为确保衬砌结构能够正常工作,对衬砌结构进行了二次注浆和补打锚索,现场修复效果监测表明:马头门两帮移近量和井帮径向收敛量均处于稳定阶段,且锚索受力小于锚索破断力,说明修复治理方案是可靠的,保证了马头门支护长期安全稳定。

       

      Abstract: The initial supporting force of -960 m horsehead's lining structure was monitored in the auxiliary shaft of Wangfenggang Coal Mine. The results showed that the safety of the port position lining structure would be tend to the limit state. In order to enable the normal operation of lining structure, the secondary grouting and anchor wire complement were used. The field monitoring and measurement results showed that the deformation of horsehead's sides and the radial convergence value of the sidewall was stabilized, the force of anchor was less than the rupture force. The repair and treatment scheme was reliable, which ensured the safe and stable of horsehead supporting.
