    Optimal Modification of Coal Seam Drilling Dust Catcher

    • 摘要: 目前在煤矿施工煤层钻孔时,主要解决钻孔排粉和作业现场粉尘的方法是应用箱体湿式捕尘器捕尘。但箱体湿式捕尘器存在有费用高、体积大、占场地、笨重、搬运不方便等缺点。通过对捕尘器的优化改造, 克服了以上缺点,在实际应用中钻孔排粉和作业现场粉尘控制中取得很好的效果。

       

      Abstract: At present, box wet dust catcher is used to solve drilling powder and site powder when drilling is constructed in coal mine.But the box wet dust catcher has high cost, large volume, large site area, heavy, inconvenient moving and other shortcomings. Through the optimization transformation of dust catcher, above disadvantages are overcomed, and good application effects are achieved in drilling powder and site powder control.
