    The Influence of Heat Bridge on Heat Transfer of Rescue Capsule's Shell

    • 摘要: 为了提高救生舱壳体的隔热能力并尽可能降低救生舱降温系统的能耗,运用数值分析的方法,分别选择了直接、间接2种内外层壳体连接方式进行计算,并与内外层无连接时的传热情况进行比较,对系统在恒温载荷作用下的传热规律进行研讨,分析了热桥对救生舱壳体传热性能的影响。结果表明:直接、间接2种连接方式热桥较无热桥时导致平均热流分别增加629%和27%,且前者较后者影响的范围更大,通过热桥进入舱内的热量也较大。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the heat-insulating capability of the rescue capsule's shell and reduce energy consumption of the cooling system, the heat transfer laws in the rescue capsule under thermal loadings of constant temperature were respectively discussed with numerical analysis method,by selecting two connection types between the inner shell and the outer shell for calculation, which were direct connection type and indirect connection type, and comparing these with the connectionless heat transfer. Effect of heat bridges on heat transfer of the refuge chamber's shell was analyzed. The analysis results showed that the average heat flux through direct connection heat bridge and indirect connection heat bridge had respectively increased by 629% and 27% than that of the connectionless heat transfer. The influencing scope of the former was larger than the latter's. And more heat entered the rescue capsule through the direct connection heat bridge.
