    坚硬岩石聚能爆破破岩效果数值分析

    Numerical Analysis on Breaking Effect of Shaped Charge Blasting for Hard Rock

    • 摘要: 结合平煤股份四矿硬岩巷道地质条件,采用理论分析和LS-DYNA数值模拟软件,分析了聚能装置锥角对聚能射流效果的影响,并对聚能爆破的破岩效果进行了模拟分析。分析结果表明,锥角为50°的聚能罩形成的射流稳定,聚能效果好,比常规爆破破岩能力可提高50%以上,同时抑制了非聚能方向裂纹的扩展,破碎圈范围减小30%以上。

       

      Abstract: Combined with the geological conditions of hard rock roadway in No.4 Mine of Pingdingshan Coal Company, and adopting theoretical analysis and the LS-DYNA numerical simulation software, the paper analyzed the influence of shaped charge jet effect by taper angle of shaped charge device, and simulation analyzed the rock breaking effect by shaped charge blasting. The analysis results showed that the jet which developed by shaped charge device with taper angle of 50° was stable and shaped charge effect was better. Compared with the conventional blasting, the rock breaking ability of energy-gathered blasting was improved by more than 50%, and at the same time, the crack propagation non-energy gathered direction was suppressed, which made the scope of broken ring reduced by more than 30%.
