    高瓦斯煤层群薄煤层保护层开采卸压效果分析

    Effect Analysis on Pressure Relief for Protective Seam Mining of Thin Coal Seam in High-gas Coal Seam Group

    • 摘要: 针对沙曲矿北翼高瓦斯近距离煤层群安全高效开采的问题,运用数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法,分析了近距离煤层群薄煤层保护层开采的卸压机理,提出了对2#薄煤层进行保护层开采。根据北翼2#薄煤层22201首采保护层工作面的实际情况,分析了2#薄煤层保护层开采对下邻近被保护煤层的卸压保护范围,进而确定了保护层开采解放煤量。现场试验结果表明,对2#薄煤层进行保护层开采卸压效果明显,大大提高了被保护煤层瓦斯预抽的效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of safe and efficient mining for high-gas and close distance coal seam group in the north wing of Shaqu Coal Mine, the pressure relief mechanism of protective seam mining of thin coal seam under close distance coal seam group was analyzed by using the method of combining numerical simulation with theory analysis, then the protective seam mining of 2# thin coal seam was put forward. Based on the actual situation of 22201 first mining protective seam working face, then pressure relief protection scope of protective seam mining of thin coal seam for the close protected coal seam below was analyzed, and determined the amount of liberation coal for the protective seam mining. The field test results showed that effect of pressure relief was obvious by the protective seam mining for 2# thin coal seam, and the effect of gas pre-drainage for protected coal seam was improved greatly.
