    The Cause Analysis and Countermeasures of Coal Burst at 5868 Return-air Way Heading Face in Wulan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 煤巷掘进工作面前方出现的煤炮声是煤与瓦斯突出的一种预兆。以乌兰煤矿5868回风顺槽煤巷掘进工作面为工程实例,分析了煤炮声出现的原因,并提出了更改掘进方式、降低掘进速度以及减小工作面局部防突措施控制范围等对策。结果表明,在采取了相关措施后,煤巷实现了安全顺利掘进,且未出现煤炮声等动力现象。

       

      Abstract: The sound was an omen of coal and gas outburst ahead of coal roadway working face. It took the 5868 return-air way heading face in Wulan Coal Mine as the project example, analyzed the reasons for the sound of coal burst, and put forward the countermeasures, which included changing driving way, reducing driving speed and decreasing the control scope of local outburst-prevention in the working face. The results showed that after the related measures were taken, safe and smooth driving was achieved in coal roadway, and the dynamic phenomenon of coal burst did not appear.
