    黑岱沟露天煤矿转向期间内排均衡性研究

    Study on the Balance of Internal Dumping During Transition in Heidaigou Open-pit Mine

    • 摘要: 分区开采的露天煤矿都存在转向期间内排均衡问题,即前期内排紧张,末期内排空间突然释放,导致内排土场得不到充分利用,外排占地增加,末期复垦困难等问题。为了解决黑岱沟露天煤矿在拉斗铲倒堆工艺条件下留沟转向期间引起的内排不均衡性问题,提出在允许外排与否的情况下,分别采用统一均衡排采比、剥采比及内排加高的方式均衡内排空间,结果表明,该方法能有效解决内排不均衡性问题。

       

      Abstract: The problems of disproportion, internal dump tension early and sudden release in final phase, exists during transition in open-pit mining by areas, which causes the underutilization of inner dump and increased covering area for external dumping and difficulties of final rehabilitation. In order to solve the problems of internal dumping disproportion under dragline stripping technology during transition in Heidaigou open-pit mine, using unified dumping ratio and stripping ratio as well as the method of heightening internal dumping is put forward under the conditions of external dumping or not. Last, the study of Heidaigou open-pit mine shows that the method can well solve the problem of disproportion.
