    巷道中煤燃烧时热释放速率的研究

    Study on Heat Release Rate of Coal Combustion in Tunnel

    • 摘要: 根据相似原理按1∶20比例建立了煤矿采区进风系统的相似模拟实验装置,该装置包括主运输巷、辅助运输巷和联络巷。借助采区进风系统相似模拟实验装置,实验测定了巷道中煤燃烧时的氧气消耗量,然后根据氧消耗原理得出了巷道中煤燃烧时不同时刻的热释放速率及其曲线。运用热释放速率t2数学模型对热释放速率曲线分析,得到巷道中煤燃烧时的总放热量。实验得出呼和乌素煤矿的煤样在巷道中燃烧时单位质量煤的放热量为432 kJ/kg。

       

      Abstract: The similar simulation experiment device of air inlet system in coal mining area is established by the ratio of 1∶20 according to the similarity principle. The device includes main transportation roadway, auxiliary transportation roadway and connecting roadway. The similar simulation experiment device is used to measure oxygen consumption of coal burned in roadway. Then the heat release rate of coal burned at different time and its curve are obtained based on the oxygen consumption principle. Through analyzing the curve of the heat release rate according to t2 mathematical model of the heat release rate, the total heat output is obtained. Experiment obtains that the heat output per unit mass of coal is 432 kJ/kg when the Huhewusu coal samples are burning in roadway.
