    Analysis on Support Adaptability of Fully-mechanized Caving Working Face with Thick-hard Roof in Initial Mining Stage

    • 摘要: 作为综采放顶煤方法关键设备的放顶煤支架对煤层及顶板条件的适应与否直接影响到综采放顶煤的生产效率的高低,因此对其适应性应做出判定。初采阶段支架的工作状态随上覆岩层结构的变化出现阶段性的变化。对所选支架进行受力分析后认为,支架处于不同受力状态下应采用不同的安全管理措施。在工作面布置压力表测站用以监测支架工作阻力,初采阶段对现场所有支架整体工作状态进行分析后发现,支架稳定性和受力状态良好且顶煤冒放性较好,总体满足生产要求。

       

      Abstract: The support whether it adapted to the conditions of coal and roof or not,as critical equipment of fully mechanized caving method,has a direct impact to caving efficiency level,so it is necessary to determine its adaptability.Working condition of the support was phased as a result of overburden structure changed in initial stage.Stress analysis of the selected support concluded that the corresponding effective measures should be applied to different working condition of the support.Pressure measuring stations were installed at the working face to monitor supporting resistance.The analysis results of all support working condition in initial stage showed that stability and stress state of support was good,and the top coal caving was better,which generally met production requirements.
