    • 摘要: 为了研究张家庄煤矿703工作面回采巷道的合理支护方式,提高巷道围岩的稳定性,以现场工程实际为背景,分析了薄煤层半煤岩回采巷道的支护机理。将钻孔窥视仪与非金属超声检测仪相结合确定了巷道围岩松动范围,运用FLAC3D模拟分析了不同间排距对巷道变形破坏情况的影响,得出了支护方案。通过现场观测,验证了回采巷道“金属网+钢筋托梁(木托板)+螺纹锚杆”联合支护技术的合理性及可行性。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the reasonable supporting mode of 703 working face mining roadway in Zhangjiazhuang Mine and improve the stability of surrounding rocks,the paper analyzed supporting mechanism of thin seam half-coal rock mining roadway with the field engineering background, and determined surrounding rock flexible range by the combination of drilling video and non-metallic ultrasonic testing,analyzed the influence of different row spacing on roadway deformation and failure situation with simulation,obtained the reasonable supporting mode. According to field observation,the rationality and feasibility of "metal net+steel joist(wood plate)+screw-thread steel bolt" combined support technology was verified.
