    Technology of Advance Circulation Support in Haulage Roadway of Soft Rock Mining Areas

    • 摘要: 软岩矿区运输巷道地质条件属于软岩特性,现有超前支护方式多为单体支柱支护,支柱用量多,支护和维修工作量大,故障率较高,而且容易引起连锁效应,影响支护安全性。针对上述情况,采用液压支架替代单体支柱对运输巷道进行超前支护,采用创新性的循环支护方式,研究快速安全的超前支架移动方案。

       

      Abstract: Haulage roadway geological conditions of soft rock mining area belonged to soft rock roadway characteristic. At present, the advance support method was mainly single pillar support, the amount of pillar was much, the workload of support and maintenance was heavy, the failure rate was high, and the chain reaction would happen easily, then it would influence the support safety. For this case above, the hydraulic prop was replaced by the hydraulic support in the advance support of haulage roadway, the innovative circulation support method was used, and the moving scheme of fast and safe advance hydraulic support was studied.
