    Optimization of Chute Type Leak Coal Cleaning System in Main Shaft Bottom Hole

    • 摘要: 通过对各种主井井底撒煤清理系统及清理方式优缺点进行分析,提出溜槽撒煤清理系统的优化设计,该系统将下口漏斗变更为溜槽,主井撒煤通过溜槽自溜至主井底一侧巷道内,由无轨胶轮车直接运至副井罐笼,提升至地面。该系统具有施工工艺简单,劳动强度小,安全高效,工作环境好等优点。

       

      Abstract: In this article, the advantages and disadvantages of various kinds of main shaft bottom hole coal cleaning system and clean ways were analyzed, and the optimization design for chute leak coal cleaning system was put forward. In this system, the lower mouth funnel was changed to chute, and the leak coal slipped to the tunnel at the bottom side itself through the chute, and then the coal was transported directly to the auxiliary shaft cage by trackless rubber wheel car, raised to the ground. The system had some advantages, such as the simple construction process, small labor intensity, safety and efficiency and the good work environment etc.
