    阻化防火技术在灵武矿区矿井火灾防治中的应用

    Application of Inhibiting Fire Preventing Technology in Mine Fire of Lingwu Mining Area

    • 摘要: 基于阻化剂本身具有的良好阻化性能,在工作面巷道掘进、液压支架安装、工作面回采以及停采期间,采用不同方式的阻化防火技术对自燃隐患进行预防与处理,遏制煤炭自燃的发生、发展且随着新型阻化剂的开发,阻化防火技术的应用得到不断提升。灵武矿区羊场湾、灵新以及梅花井等以开采容易自燃及自燃煤层为主的煤矿应用实践表明,阻化防火技术是一种应用广泛、效果明显的自然发火防治技术,可在矿井内因火灾的防治初期提供切实保障,同时也可作为注氮、注浆等防火技术的重要前期预防措施。

       

      Abstract: Because inhibitor itself has good resistance performance, during the working face tunneling, support installation, working face mining and stopping, the different inhibiting fire preventing technologies for spontaneous combustion risk prevention and treatment, curbing the occurrence of spontaneous combustion of coal development are applied. With the development of new inhibitor, the application of inhibiting fire preventing technology has been increasing. Application practices from easy spontaneous combustion mines and spontaneous combustion coal seams in Yangchangwan, Lingxin and Meihua Coal Mines of Lingwu Mining Area shows that inhibiting fire preventing technology is widely used, obvious effect technology, which can provide effective protection at early fire prevention of mine, but also can take as important early prevention measure for nitrogen injection and grouting.
