    • 摘要: 针对对旋式主要通风机,革新了风硐传统设计理念,采取了2台主要通风机分别设置独立风硐与风井井筒连接,且2个风硐并列布置,在风硐内内置旋转调节风门和测压装置,与原公共风硐相比,降低了施工难度,减少了风硐占地面积,降低了主要通风机装置外部漏风,便于主要通风机及附属装置日常检查、维护和切换,为风机性能测试和矿井反风操作创造了有利条件。

       

      Abstract: For counter-rotating main fan, the traditional design concept of wind tunnel has been revolutionized that independent wind tunnel are set up for two main fans separately, which are connected to the air shaft and arranged side by side. Besides, the way of setting spiral control damper and pressure measuring unit inside the wind tunnel is taken, which reduced the difficulty of construction, the floor space of the wind tunnel and the external leakage of main fan compared with the original public wind tunnel. Meanwhile, the routine inspection, maintenance and switching of the main fan and its ancillary equipments become easier and favorable conditions are created for the fan performance testing and mine air reverse operations.
