    Numerical Analysis of Pressure-relief Effects in Liberated Layer Mining

    • 摘要: 为了优化防冲设计,实现安全高效开采,采用FLAC数值模拟软件模拟了3煤解放层的回采对3煤的解放效果。结果表明:3煤工作面巷道上下帮应力集中系数达3.3,切眼附近应力集中系数达3.4,工作面前方煤体内应力集中系数达3.5,垂直应力峰值区距工作面煤壁10 m左右;切眼附近走向卸压保护角为72°,工作面前方附近走向卸压保护角为76°,倾斜方向卸压保护角为85°。

       

      Abstract: To optimize the prevention design of rock burst and achieve safe and efficient mining, FLAC numerical simulation software is used to simulate the pressure-relief effect of 3 upper coal seam to 3 lower coal seam. The result shows that the stress concentration factor in up and down sides of 3 upper coal seam workface roadway is 3.3, in the region around the cut-hole is 3.4, in the coal before the working face is 3.5, the peak value area of vertical stress is 10 meters off working face coal walls; the strike pressure-relief protection angle around the cut-hole is 72°, before the working face is 76°, the dip pressure-relief protection angle is 85°.
