    Analysis of Production Capacity Fluctuation and Compensation During Transitional Period in Open-pit

    • 摘要: 根据黑岱沟露天矿采区转向期间生产要求,通过对现有生产能力进行核算,提出了保证产能接续和设备效率发挥的建议。通过黑岱沟露天矿各环节能力核算,确定矿自营采煤能力32.73 Mt/a,满足生产要求;剥离能力133.00 Mm3/a,可满足转向期间首采区靠帮和二采区配剥要求。进入二采区开采后剥采比显著增大,建议充分利用设备更新阶段的生产能力叠加效应和增加外委工程量,满足初期生产要求。

       

      Abstract: The article puts forward some suggestions aiming at guaranteeing the follow of production capacity and equipment efficiency from the result of existing production capacity check based on the requirement of production during transition period of Heidaigou open-pit. The production of the pit, 32.73 Mt/a, satisfies the demand and the stripping capacity, 133.00 Mm3/a, meets requirement of the first panel ending slope and the second panel collocation during transitional period via the production accounting of each link in the pit. When the pit enters the second mining area, the stripping ratio increases significantly, it suggests the pit making full use of the production superimposed effect and increasing the amount of outsourcing to fulfill the demand of initial stage after the transition.
