    Reason Analysis of Roadway Roof-fall in Caving Mining Face of Un-mining Horizontal Section

    • 摘要: 以水平分段放顶煤工作面回采巷道的冒顶事故为案例,采用数值模拟、微震监测的方法,分析了巷道发生冒顶的原因。分析结果表明:多次采动影响是水平分段放顶煤工作面巷道冒顶的主要原因;采动应力作用下煤层破坏的深度达到14~20 m,发生冒顶的巷道位于该深度范围;沿走向方向,煤体沿一定倾角产生弱面;支护结构中存在顺层锚杆,弱面上顺层锚杆首先失效,从而导致支护结构的失效,多因素综合作用导致巷道发生冒顶。

       

      Abstract: Taking roof fall accident in mining roadway of horizontal section caving mining face as the example, it analyzed the reason of roof fall by the methods of numerical simulation and microseismic monitoring. The results showed that multiple mining influence was the main reason of roof fall in mining roadway of horizontal section caving mining face, the coal seam failure depth was 14 to 20 m under mining stress, and the roadway where roof fall occurred located in this range; Along the direction of strike, coal produced weak plane along a certain angle; Support structure existed bedding anchor, weak surface anchor was firstly invalid and it induced support structure invalid, combined effects of multiple factors led to the occurrence of roof fall.
