    Accident Tree Analysis of Common Pressure Measuring Accident for Capsule-pressure Mucus Sealing Hole Device

    • 摘要: 在总结胶囊-黏液封孔测压设备在使用过程中常发生的各种事故的基础上,利用事故树分析法推导分析了导致事故发生的各种可能原因及这些原因之间的关系。然后通过分析和计算找到了防止事故发生的最佳途径并得出了防止胶囊-黏液封孔测压设备测定煤层瓦斯压力过程中出现事故的注意事项。

       

      Abstract: On the basis of summarizing common pressure measuring accidents in the application of capsule-pressure mucus sealing hole device, accident tree analysis is used to deduce possible causes of accident and relationship among them. The best way to prevent accidents is found through analysis and calculation, and the precautions for preventing measuring gas pressure accidents with capsule-pressure mucus sealing hole device are obtained.
