    Pressing Frame Mechanism Analysis and Countermeasures at 81304 Fully Mechanized Caving Faces in Baode Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 在分析保德矿81304综放工作面特殊地质条件的基础上,应用砌体梁模型的“S-R”稳定性理论对工作面基本顶稳定性进行了分析,得出了工作面发生压架事故的原因,直接原因是基本顶的回转变形加剧造成顶板冒落,支架上的载荷发生应力集中,根本原因是冲刷地质构造导致的直接顶变薄。

       

      Abstract: Considering the special geological conditions of fully mechanized caving face in Baode Coal Mine,the basic roof stability of coal face has been analyzed by using "S-R" stability theory of voussoir beam mechanical model. Then this study obtained the reasons of pressing frame accidents in coal face and provided relative countermeasures. The direct reason caused roof collapse is the increased deformation of basic roof rotation, and the support load occurs stress concentration. Fundamental reason is that scour structure leads to thinness of immediate roof.
