    • 摘要: 通过以两类危险源理论为指导,阐述了该理论在煤矿安全生产中的实践应用。煤矿中存在的固有的各种能量和危险物质是第一类危险源,导致控制第一类危险源措施失效的人的失误、物的故障和环境因素属于第二类危险源。对煤矿生产中存在的第一类危险源进行辨识,对控制第一类危险源的措施进行了总结、归纳和分类,对煤矿中可能出现的人的失误、物的故障和环境因素(第二类危险源)进行列举,并提出了预防措施。

       

      Abstract: Taking two sources of danger theory as guide, the paper elaborates the practical application of theory in safety production in coal mine. Various energy and dangerous substances existing in natural coal are the first class risk sources, and the human error, material failure and environmental factors that cause the first class risk source failure are belong to the second class risk source. Through the identification of the first class risk existing in coal production, the control measures for the first class risk source are summarized, generalized and classified. The human errors and environmental factors (the second class of hazard) possibly appeared in coal mine are listed, and the preventive measures were put forward.
