    Comprehensive Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology for High Gas and Easy Spontaneous Combustion Rockburst Seam

    • 摘要: 分析了高瓦斯易自燃冲击矿压条件下工作面防灭火的难点,并且指出了冲击矿压对煤炭自燃的影响。实验测试了胡家河矿401101工作面煤自燃指标气体的变化规律,为工作面煤炭自燃的预测提供了科学依据。详细阐述了工作面回采时期上下隅角封堵、采用凝胶墙隔离、采用三相泡沫大范围覆盖浮煤的综合防灭火技术实施方案和参数。

       

      Abstract: This paper introduces difficulties of fire prevention and extinguishing in high gas and easy spontaneous combustion seam, and pointed out the effect of rockburst on spontaneous combustion of coal. The experiment tested the change law of spontaneous combustion index gas in Hujiahe Coal Mine 401101 working face, which provided a scientific basis for coal spontaneous combustion forecast of working face. The paper elaborated implementation programs and parameters of comprehensive fire prevention technology including upper and lower corner sealing, gel wall isolation, covering a wide range float coal with three-phase bubble during mining period.
