    超前锚杆安设角度的数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of Forepoling Bolt Installing Angle

    • 摘要: 通过对永华一矿12081顺槽掘进进行数值模拟,研究并确定了合适的锚杆安设角度。对不支护,超前锚杆支护安设角度15°、25°、35°、45° 5种方案进行模拟研究,并对超前距离0~1.8 m的范围内的支承压力、应力差和竖直方向位移的模拟监测结果进行对比分析。结果表明最合适的安设角度范围为15°~25°。

       

      Abstract: Through the numerical simulation of 12081 tunneling crossheading of Yonghua 1# mine, the study determined the reasonable bolt installing angle. 5 kinds of schemes with unsupported and forepoling bolt installing angle of 15°, 25°, 35°,45°were respectively simulated. Besides, the support pressure, stress difference and the displacements in vertical direction in ahead of the range 0 to 1.8 m were analyzed. The results showed that the most suitable installing angle range was 15°to 25°.
