    Floor Heave Cause Analysis and Control Technology for Gubei Mine Soft Rock Roadway

    • 摘要: 针对顾北矿11-2胶带机下山严重底鼓的问题,通过对该矿底鼓发生机理分析,围岩物理力学分析以及破坏区围岩应力分布情况分析,得出底板围岩特性、水理作用、支护结构强度是该矿底鼓破坏的主要影响因素,确立了底板锚注的底鼓控制方案。通过后期现场监测和变形参数分析可知,底鼓变形得到有效控制并取得了良好的加固效果。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at serious floor heave problem of Gubei Mine 11-2 belt conveyor downhill, by analyzing the mechanism of floor heave of the mine, the rock mass physical mechanics analysis and stress distribution analysis of surrounding rock damage area, it concluded that floor characteristics of surrounding rock, hydrological effect, strength of supporting structure were the main influencing factors of floor heave damage. The study determined floor heave control scheme of bolt. Through field monitoring and analysis of deformation parameters, it effectively controlled deformation of floor heave, and achieved good reinforcement effect.
