    Compound Prestress Support Technology of Large Cross Section Open-off Cut With Thick Coal Roof

    • 摘要: 为解决山西某矿厚煤顶大断面开切眼围岩控制难题,分析了开切眼围岩的破坏特征及锚索与顶板中压力拱的相互作用,运用力学理论对围岩破坏范围进行计算。在此基础上,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件对不同支护参数下围岩变形情况进行研究,结合现场实际生产地质条件综合确定了复合预应力支护方案。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve surrounding rock control problem of open-off cut with large section and thick roof in a coal Mine, this article analyzed the failure characteristics of open-off cut surrounding rock and interaction of anchor cable and pressure arch existed in roof, and calculated the surrounding rock damaged range by using mechanical theory. On the basis of previous studies, this paper researched the surrounding rock deformation situation under different support parameters by means of numerical simulation software FLAC3D.And compound pre-stressed support program was determined combined with field actual production geological conditions.
