    Mechanical Behavior and Control of Surrounding Rock in Large Section Open-off Cut Excavation by Times

    • 摘要: 选取山西某煤矿5203切眼为研究对象,数值模拟了大断面切眼一次、二次开挖后围岩的垂直应力、水平应力、塑性区、位移的演化趋势。论述了肩角稳定区作为锚固基础的设计思路,采用桁架锚索与锚网带联合支护技术。工业性试验证明了该类型大断面切眼的围岩控制指导思想和支护技术的科学性。

       

      Abstract: The 5203 open-off cut of one coal mine in Shanxi province was taken as the project background. The variation characteristics of vertical stress, horizontal stress, tension and shear plastic zone, displacement after once, twice excavation were described. The design idea of taking shoulder angle stability zone as the anchor base and combination support technology of bolt, truss and anchor rope were put forward. The success of industrial test proves that the guiding ideology and support technology are suitable to the large section open-off cut.
