    煤矿生产事故致因机理辨析与仿真

    Differentiate and Simulation of Accident-causing Mechanism in Mining Production

    • 摘要: 现有的生产系统事故致因机理一般涉及人、机械、环境、管理4种因素,但这4种因素对事故影响作用在不同的事故致因机理中却有不同的阐述。针对煤矿这一特定而复杂的生产系统,研究了4大因素对其安全性的影响机理。人机环是煤矿组成生产系统的必要因素,而管理则是生产系统的控制因素。基于此理念,建立了生产系统事故致因模型。采用逻辑运算对建立的模型进行了仿真。仿真结果显示,模型能比较好的揭示复杂生产系统的事故发生机理。根据此模型,提出了生产系统的事故控制措施。

       

      Abstract: Existing accident-causing mechanisms in production system generally involve people,machinery,environment,management of four factors.However,four factors influencing on the accident have dissimilar representation in different accident-causing mechanism.For coal mine,the particular and complex production system,the paper studies the influence mechanism that four factors affecting their safety.The man-machine ring is composed of coal mine production systems necessary factors,and management is the control factors of production system.Based on this idea,the paper set up the accident-causing model of production system,and logic operation is adopted to simulate the model.The simulation has showed that the model can better reveal the accident occurrence mechanism in complex production system.According to this model,control measures to the complex production system were put forward.
