    矿用干式气动钻机的设计

    Design of Mine-used Dry-type Pneumatic Drill

    • 摘要: 研制了一种新型矿用干式手持气动钻机,可用于井下钻孔、螺母预紧、搅拌等方面。钻机采用气动作为动力源,安全可靠;吸尘装置采用真空式,利用钻机出气口输出的高压气体进行吸尘,节能环保; 钻机操作方便,结构简单、安全防爆、工作效率高、产品质量轻、维修保养方便。

       

      Abstract: In this article, a new mine-used hand-held pneumatic drill is developed. The drill can be widely used for underground borehole, nut pre-load, stirring and other aspects. This drill takes pneumatic as power source which is safe and reliable; its dust collection device adopts vacuum type and uses high pressure gas from drill outlet to collect dust; so it is energy-saving and environmentally friendly. The drill has the advantages of convenient operation, simple structure, safety, high efficiency, light weight, convenient repair and maintenance.
