    • 摘要: 提升机液压制动系统作为矿井提升系统的重要组成部分,要求液压制动系统安全可靠,在矿井提升过程中保障工作箕斗的安全提升与落井任务。根据现有提升机液压制动系统原理,分析液压系统原理图,优化结构设计,加强安全制动系数,提出具有监测功能的恒减速制动和二级制动的液压制动系统。

       

      Abstract: As an important part of the mine hoisting system, hoist hydraulic brake system is asked for safety and reliability, and guarantee the task of work skip ascend and fall safely in the process of the mine ascension. According to the existing hoist hydraulic brake system principle, analysing the hydraulic system schematic, optimizing the structure design, strengthening the safety brake coefficient,the article puts forward a hydraulic brake system of constant decelerate brake and secondary braking with monitoring function.
