    Fire Controlling and After-combustion Preventing Technology Application in Large Inclination and Large Height Mining Working Face

    • 摘要: 针对福城煤矿1901S综采面大倾角、大采高、推进速度慢的特点,结合煤层赋存条件,分析了发火原因及治理难点,采用封闭工作面水淹降温技术,对火区进行了治理,启封后通过支架后方高分子胶体压注、工作面上下端头封堵等综合措施,有效地防止了火区复燃及煤自燃,确保了该工作面的正常生产。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at large inclination, large mining height and slow mining characteristics of fully mechanized coal face in the Fucheng Coal Mine, combining with the occurrence conditions of coal seam, combustion causes and treatment difficulties were analyzed, and fire area was controlled by closing working face and flooded cooling. The technologies of support rear polymer colloid injecting, upper and lower ends plugging and other effective after-combustion preventing measures were carried on to ensure the working face smoothly unsealed and safety production.
