    • 摘要: 针对赵固一矿采用全液压钻机施工常规钻孔进行煤层底板注浆改造存在的问题,利用ZDY-6000LD履带式全液压钻机的定向钻进技术进行造斜钻进,并在工作面进行分支钻进,完成了煤层底板注浆加固定向钻孔的施工。实现了煤层底板水害超前防治的重大突破,起到了区域煤层底板注浆超前治理、增加钻孔钻遇含水层的有效孔段、提高钻孔钻遇裂隙率、对地质构造进行超前探测等方面“一孔多用”的作用。

       

      Abstract: According to the problems of using conventional drilling of full hydraulic drilling construction for coal seam floor grouting reconstruction in Zhaogu No.1 Coal Mine, ZDY-6000LD hydraulic crawler directional drilling technology is used to carry out inclined drilling and branched drilling at working face, and grouting reinforcement construction of directional drilling for coal seam floor is completed. It is achieved a major breakthrough in advance prevention and control of water disasters, which plays a "multi-purpose with one hole" role in advance management of regional coal floor grouting, and increases the effective aperture of drilling in aquifer and the rate of drilling fracture and advanced detection of geological structures.
