    基于ABAQUS的高位抽放钻孔数值模拟

    Numerical Simulation of High Level Gas Drainage Borehole Based on ABAQUS

    • 摘要: 以乌兰煤矿Ⅱ020703综采工作面为研究对象,采用ABAQUS数值模拟软件,建立三维数值模型,首先沿工作面倾向对顶板上覆岩层的“三带”移动规律进行模拟,得出裂隙带高度范围为18~23 m,在距离风巷10~15 m处,裂隙带裂隙发育程度最大;然后沿工作面走向对上覆岩层的弯曲下沉量及离层裂隙带范围进行模拟,得出推进距离为80、120、160 m时,“O”形圈半径为分别为50、80、100 m。根据模拟结果,设计出合理的高位钻孔抽放参数,并进行了现场试验,试验表明,所设计抽放钻孔有效解决了综采工作面瓦斯浓度超限问题。

       

      Abstract: Taking Ⅱ020703 fully mechanized coal face as research object, numerical simulation software ABAQUS is used to set up a three-dimensional numerical model. Firstly, in the tilt direction of coal mining face, the study simulates the characteristics of roof rock crack and the result showed that fractured zone height range is from 18 to 23 m and the maximum fissure development degree is located at a distance of 10 to 15 m from air gate. Secondly, in the trend of coal mining face, the study simulated the scope of roof rock crack and the result shows that radius of O-ring is 50、80、100 m when advance distance is 80、120、160 m.According to the results, rational parameters of high level borehole is designed.Then,experiment is made in Ⅱ 020703 fully mechanized coal face.
