    Numerical Simulation of Cooling Scheme at Fully Mechanized High Temperature Working Face

    • 摘要: 通过理论计算得出标准“U”型通风方式下的综采工作面的出口风流温度,并运用CFD数值模拟软件对计算结果进行验证和对多种降温方案进行温度场数值模拟对比,得出最佳的进风巷空冷器的布置位置和降温参数的选取,使工作面出口温度不超过28 ℃。

       

      Abstract: Through theoretical calculation, the fully mechanized working face export temperature in standard U-shaped ventilation patterns is obtained. And CFD numerical simulation software is used to verify the calculation results, and a variety of cooling solutions numerical simulation of temperature filed is contrasted, and the best inlet lane arrangement position of the air cooler and cooling parameter are selected, the outlet temperature of working face does not exceed 28 ℃.
