    Research on Generation Mechanism of Mine Dust

    • 摘要: 矿尘的产生不仅破坏煤矿井下工人的作业环境,其引发的尘肺病和煤尘爆炸也严重制约了我国煤矿的安全生产。治理矿尘灾害,要从源头入手。通过分析煤矿井下各种破(煤)岩方法,得出了破(煤)岩过程中矿尘的产生机理,包括机械破岩产尘、爆破破岩产尘、支护产尘、运输产尘和装载产尘等,其中机械破岩是煤矿井下的主要作业方式,也是井下矿尘的主要产生源。

       

      Abstract: Mine dust not only destroys the working environment of coal mine workers, but also causes pneumoconiosis and coal dust explosion which severely restricts the safety production of coal mines in our country. The prevention of mine dust hazards need to start from the source. By analyzing various rock (coal) breaking methods, the generation mechanism of mine dust is obtained in the rock (coal) breaking process, which includes mechanical cutting, rock fragmentation by blasting, supporting, transportation, loading and so on. Mechanical cutting is the main operation mode and generation source of mine dust in coal mines.
