    Determination of Reasonable Offsets of Different Mining Process Combined Mining in Very Contiguous Seams

    • 摘要: 山西灵石某矿9#和10#煤层间距只有2.3 m,故采取9#煤高档普采、10#煤综采的联合开采方式。开始回采时根据其他矿的经验错距控制在15 m左右,但是2个工作面的压力始终很大,9#煤工作面单体支柱出现几次压爆现象,10#煤工作面煤壁整体片帮严重。为了减小工作面的压力,通过对其进行理论分析和现场矿压观测,确定出极近距离煤层不同采煤工艺联合开采时的合理错距,从而实现了安全高效的联合回采。

       

      Abstract: The distance of 9# and 10# coal seam in Shanxi Lingshi a mine is only 2.3 m, so it took combined mining method of high-grade conventional mining in 9# coal seam, fully mechanized mining in 10# coal seam. Based on the experience of other mines, the offset of begin recovery was about 15 meters, but two face pressure was always very great, the monomer pillar in 9# coal face had several pressure burst phenomenon, and the 10# coal face had serious overall coal wall spalling. In order to reduce the pressure of working face, by theoretical analysis and field ground pressure observation, reasonable offsets of very contiguous seams combined mining in different mining process was determined, it achieved a safe and efficient combined mining.
