    • 摘要: 对于低渗透率的中厚煤层,单一的抽采钻孔布置方式抽采效率较低,采用综合立体抽采可以极大的提高工作面抽采率。分析了余吾煤业N2202综采工作面生产工艺和煤层赋存地质条件,提出了以地面水平分支井为基础,结合应力集中带密集顺层交叉钻孔、高位钻场、上隅角顶板插管等抽采布置方式的“四位一体”综合抽采方法,使本工作面瓦斯抽采率增加到45%,有效地控制了上隅角瓦斯涌出量。

       

      Abstract: For single low permeability thick coal seam, the extraction efficiency of single drilling layout is low, and the integrated stereo drainage can greatly improve the drainage efficiency.This article analyzed the production processes and coal seam geological conditions at N2202 mechanized working face of Yuwu Coal Mine, then proposed "four-in-one"efficient gas drainage technology based on ground horizontal multilateral wells and combined with high-level borehole and plugging pipes on the roof. Through these measures, the gas drainage ratio of N2202 significantly increased to 45% and gas emission in the upper corner was controlled effectively.
