    The Technology of Efficient and Rapid Sealing Water Bursting Point at Up and Down Mine

    • 摘要: 以何庄矿11010工作面水害治理工程为例,介绍了动水条件下井上下联合高效快速封堵突水点技术。通过实施该技术,缩短了施工工期,极大地降低了堵水工程费用,经受住了试排水阶段和最终抽排水的注浆效果检验,取得了高效、快速、低成本、高质量效果,达到了快速注浆堵水排水复矿、减少矿井排水量的目的。

       

      Abstract: Taking water control project at 11010 working face in Hezhuang Mine as an example, the paper introduced a technology of efficient and rapid sealing water bursting point at up and down mine in flowing water condition. Through implementing the technology, it not only shortened construction time, greatly reduced water control costs, but also withstood the test of drainage phase and final grouting phase and achieved efficient, rapid, low-cost, high-quality results. so it achieved the goals of reconstructing mine by quick grouting and drainage and reducing mining water discharge.
