    Rid Spalling Mechanism and Prevention Technology for Soft Seam Large Mining Height Face

    • 摘要: 针对赵庄煤矿3305软煤层大采高工作面煤壁片帮严重的情况,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件和Coulomb-Mohr屈服准则理论计算方法,对其软煤层大采高工作面煤壁的塑性区宽度进行了数值分析和理论计算。通过对比分析得出了工作面前方煤体煤壁片帮的机理和主要影响因素,并提出了相应的防治煤壁片帮的措施。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the serious rib spalling situation at 3305 soft seam large mining height face in Zhaozhuang Coal Mine, by using FLAC3D numerical analysis software and Coulomb-Mohr yield criterion theoretical calculation method, the width of plastic zone of soft seam large mining height of Zhaozhang Mine was simulated and calculated. Through the analysis, it was obtained that the mechanism and the main influencing factors of the soft seam rid spalling in large mining height face and the prevention measures for rib spalling were proposed.
