    Detection Technology of Mine High-voltage Circuit Breaker Contact Characteristics

    • 摘要: 设计了煤矿高压断路器动触头运动特性检测及信号处理电路。分析了高压断路器动触头运动速度对真空灭弧室寿命的影响,根据煤矿高压断路器的行程和处理器特点设计了动触头运动特性检测及信号处理电路,结合现有的煤矿40.5 kV高压断路器,搭建实验系统平台,并完成所设计的电路测试。实验结果表明,所设计的电路满足预计要求。

       

      Abstract: In this article, moving contact motion characteristics detection and signal processing circuit of the coal mine high-voltage circuit breaker was designed. Firstly, effect of high-voltage circuit breaker moving contact speed on the vacuum interrupter life was analyzed. Then according to mine high voltage circuit breaker trip and processor characteristics, the motion characteristics of the moving contact measurement and signal processing circuit was designed. Finally, with a combination of existing coal mines 40.5 kV high-voltage circuit breaker, the experimental system platform was set up, and the testing of the designed circuit was completed. The experimental results show that the design of the circuit meets the expected requirements.
