    一种改善LED矿灯高色温的方法

    A Method for Reducing Color Temperature of LED Lamp

    • 摘要: 2013年1月起开始执行的MT1162-2011对LED矿灯光源的相关色温提出了明确要求。依照标准,随机测试了8种LED矿灯产品,其相关色温值均不能符合标准要求。通过分析白光LED发光光谱的特点,提出了依靠衰减特殊波长光强来降低矿灯光源相关色温的方案。测试结果显示,这种方法能够在保证光通量和显色指数符合标准要求的前提下,将矿灯光源的相关色温降低到5 500 K以下,最大下降幅度可达到6 684 K。

       

      Abstract: The new standard MT1162-2011, implemented since January 2013, puts forward specific demands in color temperature of LED lamp. 8 kinds of LED lamp products were randomly picked and tested. However, the correlated color temperature values are not in line with the standard requirements. By analyzing the characteristics of white LED emission spectrum, the solution was proposed that the color temperature of LED light source could be reduced by attenuating light intensity of specific wavelength. The results showed that the color temperature of LED light source was reduced lower than 5 500 K under the premise that the luminous flux and display index were guaranteed in accordance with the requirements of the standard; moreover, the most significant decline of the color temperature could reach to 6 684 K.
