    Drilling Depth Measuring Instrument Based on Hall Sensor

    • 摘要: 介绍一种新的钻机测深方法,首先通过霍尔传感器检测磁化后钻杆的工作状态,检测并记录钻杆往返次数和时间;然后通过上位机软件以图表形式还原打钻过程;最后通过累加每次行程的距离确定钻机打钻的深度。

       

      Abstract: This article introduces a new drilling measuring method. By detecting the operating condition of magnetized drill pipe by Hall sensor, the study detects and records round trips and time of drill pipe and restores the drilling process in chart by using the upper-computer software. Through adding up the distance of each trip can determine drilling depth.
