    Air Refrigeration Local Cooling System for Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 从FQ型气动轴流式通风机的优点出发,提出气动制冷局部降温的概念;利用热力学理论,结合T-S图,理论分析了气动制冷风机组成系统的制冷机理;提出系统方案并进行试运行,结果表明,系统运行稳定后风机出口平均温降达到0.364 ℃,系统COP和总体效率稳定后平均值分别为0.138、46.93%。

       

      Abstract: From the advantages of FQ-series air axial fan, the concept of air refrigeration for coal mine local cooling is put forward. Combined thermodynamics theory and T-S diagram, this article analyzes the refrigeration mechanism of air refrigeration fan system, and puts forward a system solution and carries on trial operation. The results show that the average temperature of fan outlet falls by 0.364 ℃ after the system runs stably; the COP and overall efficiency of the system were 0.138 and 46.93%.
