    • 摘要: 高水膨胀料浆是一种新型井下充填材料,可解决井下采煤后所带来的地表沉降引起的塌陷问题。阐述了料浆制备过程中料浆黏稠度的含义及检测方法,并以此为基础介绍了料浆制备工艺过程控制系统的实现;系统以PLC为核心,以模糊算法为控制器,实现了料浆制备工艺过程的自动控制,提高了料浆制备质量。

       

      Abstract: As a new type of underground filling material, high water expansion slurry can effectively solve collapse problem caused by surface subsidence after underground coal seam mining. This article describes the meaning of slurry viscosity and detection methods in slurry preparation process, on this basis, it also introduces the realization of slurry preparation process control system. The system, taking PLC as the core and the fuzzy algorithm as controller, realizes the automatic control of slurry preparation process and improves the quality of the slurry preparation.
