    Ventilation System Optimization and Design of Coal Mine in Resource Integration Period

    • 摘要: 对金阳煤矿现有通风系统井巷进行阻力测定,分析矿井通风阻力分布情况,得出通风系统存在阻力分布不均、主通风机老化等问题;结合资源整合时期矿井通风系统易出现问题,通过对金阳煤矿和南宁煤矿原有井巷的优化贯通、开掘新巷道、更换主通风机等措施对资源整合矿井通风系统进行改造,并提出通风系统整体优化方案。通过结构化网络解算操作流程进行可靠性分析,并在满足矿井通风安全基础上,对各方案进行技术比较及方案优选,确定矿井资源整合时期通风系统最优改造方案。

       

      Abstract: Through resistance measuring of Jinyang Coal Mine ventilation system, the study analyzes the resistance distribution of the mine ventilation, and finds out the present ventilation system existing problems including disproportional resistance distribution, aging ventilator and so on; combined with the problems existing in resource integration period, the study fulfills the resource integration mine ventilation system reconstruction through the original roadway optimization and coalescence, diging the new tunnels, replacing the main ventilator and so on, and then puts forward resource integration period overall optimization scheme. Through the structure network calculating operation process to conduct reliability analysis, and on the basis of the mine ventilation safety, the study conducts technology assessment and optimal schemes selection, determines the optimal scheme of ventilation system in mine resource integration period.
