    Design and Calculation Method of Directional Borehole Trajectory in Coal Mine Underground

    • 摘要: 结合煤矿井下定向钻孔工艺技术特点,阐述了定向钻孔轨迹设计原则、定向钻孔轨迹设计参数中钻孔深度、钻孔方位角和钻孔倾角的确定原则。基于对煤矿井下定向钻孔轨迹计算数学原理的研究,总结了绘图和计算2种钻孔轨迹设计和计算方法,并在我国27个矿区进行推广应用,推广应用期间完成最深定向钻孔深度为1 212 m。

       

      Abstract: Combined coal mine directional drilling technology features, design principles and fixed parameter principles including depth, azimuth and dip angle of directional boreholes are introduced in this paper. According to the research of mathematical principles of directional borehole trajectory calculation, the paper summed up the drawing and calculating two kinds of drilling trajectory design and calculation methods, which were applied in 27 coalmine areas. The deepest directional drilling depth is 1 212 m.
