    Strata Behavior Law at Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Thick Coal Seam With Large Dip Angle

    • 摘要: 为了预防大倾角条件下综放工作面在回采的过程中顶板事故与支架压死等问题的发生,采用数值模拟与矿山压力现场监测相结合的方法,对1604综放工作面进行矿压显现规律研究,得出了工作面超支承应力的峰值为8.1 MPa,峰值距工作面12.2 m,应力影响工作面前方范围为4.7~31.8 m,应力集中系数1.81。确定了直接顶与基本顶初次垮落步距的范围,工作面基本顶周期来压步距11.8 m,来压动载系数1.58;来压期间工作面支架最大工作阻力为4 278.8 kN,为额定工作阻力的62.9%,支架有足够的富余量、可靠性较好。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent roof accidents and support pushed down at fully mechanized caving face with large dip angle in mining process, the methods of combining numerical simulation with mine pressure monitoring are used to study strata behavior at 1604 fully mechanized caving face, the peak of abutment stress is 8.1 MPa, which is away from the working face of 12.2 m; stress influence range is 4.7 to 31.8 m; the stress concentration coefficient is 1.81. The range of first collapse step for immediate roof and basic roof is determined. The basic roof periodic weighting step of face is 11.8 m; dynamic load coefficient is 1.58; maximum working resistance of working face during weighing period is 4 278.8 kN, which is the rated working resistance of 62.9% ; support has enough surplus capacity with better reliability.
