    基于安全质量标准化的煤矿安全评价新方法

    A New Coal Mine Safety Evaluation Method Based on Safety Quality Standardization

    • 摘要: 针对我国安全质量标准化方法评价煤矿安全生产状况在实际应用中存在的不足,采用定性和定量的方法,提出一种精细化、专业化的煤矿子系统安全评价方法。以陕北某矿掘进工作面为例,介绍了评价体系建立的依据、程序、方法和注意事项,为煤矿安全评价工作的进一步细化和提高探索了一条新思路。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the shortcomings in practical application of coal mine safety production status based on safety quality standardization, a new refined and specialized method for evaluating coal subsystem is put forward, which used qualitative and quantitative methods. Taking heading face of a mine in Northern Shaanxi as an example, the paper gives a detailed introduction of the basis, procedure, method and precautions to build the evaluation system, Thus, it gives a new thought for exploring further refinement and improvement safety evaluation work.
